1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PXM ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any modifications to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use blockchain-based applications in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your location. The Platform does not provide services to residents of jurisdictions where such activities are prohibited.

3. Nature of the Platform

PXM is a decentralized prediction market protocol built on the Sui blockchain. The Platform provides a technological interface for users to interact with smart contracts. PXM does not:

Custody, control, or have access to your funds
Execute transactions on your behalf
Provide financial, investment, or trading advice
Guarantee any outcomes or returns
Act as a broker, dealer, or financial intermediary

4. Risk Disclosure

WARNING: Participating in prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose all funds you commit to the Platform.

You acknowledge and accept the following risks:

Smart contract vulnerabilities and potential exploits
Blockchain network congestion, delays, or failures
Price volatility and market manipulation
Oracle failures or inaccurate data feeds
Regulatory changes that may affect the Platform
Loss of private keys or wallet access
Technical errors or bugs in the software

5. No Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT OR INFORMATION ON THE PLATFORM.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PXM, THE PXM TEAM, DAO CONTRIBUTORS, AND ANY AFFILIATED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE OR WHETHER WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

PXM IS A DECENTRALIZED PROTOCOL OPERATED BY A DISTRIBUTED TEAM AND DAO. THERE IS NO CENTRAL COMPANY OR LEGAL ENTITY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PROTOCOL. YOU USE THE PLATFORM ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PXM Team, DAO contributors, and any affiliated parties from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
Attempt to manipulate markets or exploit vulnerabilities
Interfere with the Platform's operation or security
Use automated systems to interact with the Platform without authorization
Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
