prXmarket provides a decentralized prediction marketplace and related Web3 features built on the XRP Ledger. All transactions may be executed on-chain using cryptocurrencies or tokens supported by the XRPL.

We are not a financial institution or licensed exchange, and prXmarket does not custody user funds.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt platform operations
• Violate any applicable sanctions or AML/CFT laws
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Upload or distribute harmful content

5. Wallet Access & Security

• Users maintain full control over their digital wallets.
• prXmarket does not store private keys or have access to user funds.
• You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, design assets, logos, and content related to prXmarket are the property of prXmarket FZ-LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these assets without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimers

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• prXmarket does not guarantee uninterrupted access or the accuracy of blockchain data.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from blockchain volatility, transaction errors, or unauthorized wallet access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, prXmarket shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in activities deemed harmful to the platform or other users.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically under the jurisdiction of Dubai Internet City Free Zone (or applicable authority).
