PXM is a decentralized prediction market protocol operated by the PXM Team and DAO contributors. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Platform. Note that PXM is not operated by any centralized company or legal entity.

2.1 Blockchain Data

All transactions on the Platform are recorded on the Sui blockchain, which is publicly accessible. This includes wallet addresses, transaction amounts, and timestamps. This data is inherent to blockchain technology and cannot be deleted or modified.

2.2 Authentication Data

If you use social login (Google), we receive limited profile information including your email address and profile picture. This is processed through zkLogin technology, which generates a unique blockchain address without exposing your identity on-chain.

2.3 Technical Data

We may collect anonymous usage data including browser type, device information, and interaction patterns for analytics purposes. This data is not linked to your identity.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

Provide and maintain the Platform
Process transactions through smart contracts
Improve user experience and Platform functionality
Detect and prevent fraud or abuse
Comply with legal obligations

4. Data Storage and Security

The Platform is decentralized. We do not maintain centralized databases of user funds or private keys. Your wallet and private keys remain solely in your control.

Session data (such as zkLogin credentials) is stored locally in your browser and is automatically cleared when you log out or close your session.

The Platform integrates with third-party services including:

Sui Blockchain: For transaction processing
Google OAuth: For social login (optional)
Mysten Labs Enoki: For zkLogin authentication
Wallet Providers: Phantom, Suiet, Slush for wallet connections

We use browser local storage and session storage to maintain your login session and preferences. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
